Kathy was born in Philadelphia, PA to Anna and William Kirshner. She had 3 brothers, Billy, Jerry and Eddie and was the last of the Kirshner family in Ridley Park, PA. She is survived by Kathie (and her husband Steve) and Teri and her husband, her daughters and her grandchildren, Nicole, Steven, and Ash (Paige) and her great grandchildren Steven Jr., Haley, Kyli and Derek and Kayleigh. She is a retired meat deli clerk from Acme Markets and spent most of her life working as a waitress for various chain restaurants before becoming a Deli Clerk. She resided in Philadelphia for her teenage years before moving to Delaware County, PA and attending Ridley High School. She was very religious and a member of Woodlyn Baptist Church. In her later years, failed health caused her to become debilitated and require round the clock care which she got from her residence at death, Naamans Creek. She had 4 husbands, was widowed by 1 and spent her years before her last residence in a Retirement community where she had a few friends including those of her church. She enjoyed boating, traveling via car especially north and playing board/card games with anyone who would play. She also crocheted and sewed clothes and stuffed animals. She died peacefully with family, assisting her with her transition. She will be missed.
