Joanne Mozzone (McGlinsey) passed away peacefully on June 3, 2023 at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital.
Born on October 17, 1947 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Alfred and Mary McGlinsey, she was the oldest of seven children. In 1966, at the age of 19, Joanne married the love of her life Bill and moved to Folcroft where they raised their son William (1967) and Stephanie (1974), hosted numerous family and holiday celebrations, and cared for their grandchildren Alexis (1989), Arianna (2000), and Luke (2003). Joanne was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Mary, brothers Daniel McGlinsey and Gerald McGlinsey (Deborah), devoted and loving husband William H. Mozzone, and son William J. Mozzone (Sandra), Joanne is survived by her granddaughter Alexis Mozzone-Hopkins (Robert), siblings Thomas McGlinsey (Sherree), Michelle Motto (Robert), Joseph McGlinsey (Joanne), and Sean Patrick McGlinsey (Barbara). Joanne is also survived by her daughter Stephanie DePasquale, granddaughter Arianna DePasquale, grandson Luke DePasquale, and the many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were very dear to her heart.
Interment will private.
