      Tom and Mary,

I’m Art Waite, friend and 1956 Interboro High classmate of “Rich.” Don Glenn and I also knew him for years as “Dutch.” He was probably one of the friendliest guys I’ve known. Always considerate and very conscious of his responsibility of keeping personal info discrete as the go-to guy of other classmates who wanted to keep in touch for various reasons such as class reunions. I believe he and I were the last few from the original Glen-Nor High School who attended the 60th (and final) reunion of Interboro–along with former members of the original Prospect HS. Interestingly, though he was not an athlete, I have a photo taken of him leaving the starting line in a 50 year dash during an Interboro field day in ’56. Always a willing participant in activities. Wish I had known him as well as Don (now deceased) did.

        Hello Art Waite,
Thank you for sharing your memories and kind comments about your friend and classmate
Howard (Dutch). I am not sure if I had the pleasure of meeting you at any reunions but I recognized your name from being blessed to share the past 24 years with Howard and he often spoke of you and Don.
