She was born to Norwegian immigrants Osmond Dulemo, and Solveig Dybvik on September 8, 1936 in Brooklyn New York. Greta grew up in Brooklyn and attended Fort Washington High School, and Brooklyn College.
After college, she worked for a time in retailing in New York City. Later she moved with her former late husband, Hank Miller, to Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. Later she obtained her Master’s degree from West Chester University.

Later she worked as the Director of desegregation for the William Penn school district. Her final position before retiring was as a teacher at East Lansdowne Basic school.
Greta absolutely loved living in Lansdowne because of the people and the trees.
She shared her great love of Cape May with William Hodgson, her husband.
Greta had two sisters- the late Sigfried Drew, and Astrid Spina.
Greta had three children with the late Henry Miller- the late Christopher Miller (Dorothy Keenan), Victoria Miller Robinson (Frank Robinson), and Gregory Miller (Colleen Miller). She is survived also by her four loving grandchildren- Tessa Robinson, Timothy Robinson, Rayna Miller, and Aidan Miller.
Greta was active in the local chapter of the American Association of University women (AAUW), the AAUW local book club, and another local book club.
