Carl E. Bowker (Lou), of Aston, Pa., passed away at home on October 20, 2021.
Born in Ridley Park, he grew up in Lester before moving to Aston. Carl went to Ridley High School and served in the U.S. Army in Germany from 1954 to 1956.
He worked at Westinghouse Electric Co. in Lester and at Boeing.
He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband; a father who enjoyed spending time outdoors with his daughter Rita, and fishing and hunting with his beloved Labs Duke and Ace. Always known to get into and pull his family out of all sorts of shenanigans.
He was a kind, funny, generous man who would do anything to help family and friends.
Carl is survived by his wife Nancy and his children, Rita, Evelyn Sauter (Ronald), and Carl, Jr.
He is preceded in death by mother Anna, father Elijah, brother George, sister Nellie Fincher, brother Joseph, sister Doris DeVaco, brother Arthur (VeraMae), sister Evelyn, brother Leonard (Gloria), brother Kenneth (Mary), and many nieces and nephews.

His viewing will be held on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 from 10 A.M. to 12 Noon at the Griffith Funeral Chapel, 520 Chester Pike, in Norwood, Pa. 19074.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at 11 A.M. at Lawn Croft Cemetery in Linwood, Pa.
