Barbara Britton died on July 10, 2023. She was born in Rowlandsville, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late William and Elsie Reynolds. She was the widow of Jerold Britton. Sister of late William Reynolds and Betty Forster and Mother of late daughter Robin Jorgensen.
She worked at the Sunship Dock in Chester, Pa and Schmidt Sunbeam Company in Folcroft, Pa in the Accounting department for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren with all of her being. She loved to cook, watch Wheel of Fortune and The Golden Girls. She also enjoyed getting dressed up and going out with her many friends on Saturdays and country music. She was proud of her Irish heritage and loved making Irish potatoes and ham and cabbage on St Pattys Day. She had the ability to light up a room with her loud laugh and her love for people.
She is survived by two grand daughters Nashara Falcone ( Jordan ) and Maraya Dannaker ( David ) Four great grandsons Jordan, Nick and Mason Falcone and Brayden Dannaker and two great grand daughters Savannah Falcone and Jenna Dannaker . Also step son Rex Britton ( Linda )
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Visitation on Friday, July 14th from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by her Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at the Griffith Funeral Chapel, 520 Chester Pike, Norwood, Pa 19074.
Burial will be private.
